Tourism Envoy Network Event

Udon Thani Tourist Police would like to invite all foreign tourists and residents in Thailand to participate in a training program “Tourism Envoy Network” to help promote tourism and tourist attractions in your local area. This program will be held at the Charoen Hotel” on the 13th – 14th June 2009. A number of topics will be covered during the event including a general look at the current situation of tourism within Thailand and the general Thai way of life and religion. The event will also include some very useful medical information including – this will include information on how to deal with a medical emergency and will also feature important CPR and first aid training that will be given by Panyavejinter Hospital.
The two day event will also involve visits to a number of different tourist attractions in Udon Thani.
THIS EVENT IS FREE and would be useful to any Expats living in Nong Khai and Udon Thani Provinces.

09:15 – Current situation overview, how to look after tourist area, the environment, natural resources and the way of live

10:45 – How to report an accident. First aid training by Panyavejinter Hospital

13:00 – Thai way of life, the religion and how to survive in Thailand
14:30 – Coffee break
14:45 – Ways to protect yourself, your property and Thai law for Touirists (Foreigners)
16:15 – General Discussion (Group)

09:30 – Travel to destination (Branching National Museum)
11:00 – Return to Udon Thani
